I Educational Goal
 
  • To foster research fellows for Latin Ameican incumbent elite officials to know Asian affairs
  • To cultivate research professionals for Latin Ameican incumbent elite officials to know Asian affairs 
II Educational Features
 
Supported by a solid research background from faculty members who have a wealth of teaching experience, this program presents an Asian perspective on such topics as culture, society, politics, economics, and security courses, all of which are discussed in the Spanish language.

III Teaching Methodology
 
This program offers a specially designed Moodle distance learning platform and an Adobe Connect online simultaneous platform for students. In addition, this program offers students a total of three times, face-to-face courses within a two-year program, including orientation week in the first semester, mid-term learning week in the second or third semester, and thesis oral defense week in the fourth semester.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Taiwan affairs.
